    Doug began his career in the automobile business selling cars while completing his degree at the University of Western Ontario. When he graduated, he moved into management, holding most all positions in the operations of an auto dealership during his 25 plus years of experience.

    Committed to the satisfaction of his customers, Doug's simple formula of employing great people and implementing proven processes, while providing award-winning products and service, creates an environment where both consumers and team members enjoy doing business.

    He has been nominated and won numerous awards, is corporate partners with The Sarnia Sting hockey club, has volunteered on various boards, is currently the President of The Enclave at Huron Oaks Golf Club, and supports many local charities including Special Olympics, St. Joseph's Hospice, Sarnia-Lambton Rebound, and others.

    In 2019, Doug acquired a second dealership in Petrolia, Lambton Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Limited.

    After completing his Business Management and Organizational Studies degree from Western University, where he was awarded the gold medal for top academic performance, Scott began his career in the banking industry. With his specialization in Finance, and his never-ending interest in the car business, he chose to make a change.

    After fulfilling a goal of traveling through the Far East parts of the world, he returned to join the Lambton Kia team as our Office Manager, and now is currently Lambton Kia's Operations Manager.

    Scott is an avid skier and golfer, and sports fan.

    Shannon is a graduate from St. Clair College, and after her long and successful career as a Veterinary Technician. While also assisting in the background at Lambton Kia, she elected to be part of the operations on a full-time basis. Her mandate is to ensure we maximize our customers' satisfaction and consistently provide a great customer experience.

    Her love for, and care of animals, is always in the forefront of her life. That and all her family, including husband Doug, boys Clark, Scott, Ian, and of course, her Weimaraner," Finnigan".

    Diana's years of automotive service and parts expertise are sure to leave you satisfied with your experiences here at Lambton Kia.  She joined our service team as our Appointment Co-Ordinator, was quickly promoted to a Service Advisor position, and then to the Manager of our Service and Parts departments.

    When not working at the dealership, you are sure to see Diana with her daughter Molly by her side.

    Mother of 3 children, grand-mother of 6, great grand-mother of 3, and owner of 2 cats, Betty certainly knows that being organized is the key to success.

    James is actively involved in his church, he is part of Big Brothers, and has resided in Sarnia for many years with his wife, Jessica.
